I can see the network but cannot registering my phone.
Try to add the following settings at the end of the OsmoNiTB configuration:
nitb subscriber-create-on-demand assign-tmsi
And please let me know if this would help. I'll correct the wiki page.

According to your config, this is incorrect way. The 'nitb' section should be outside the 'network', for example:
