attached is the corrected version. include/osmo-bts/l1sap.h was not
added to the makefile of include/osmo-bts.
You could have taken a look at the build log of the jenkins and see
the DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS environment variable in use. These flags
will be passed to configure.
Do the other patches pass make distcheck too?
