I'm sorry to hear this. Regarding the decreasing interest: Maybe we should go back one step and look at a monthly rather than bi-weekly schedule?
The main problem is that somebody must be there to open the door and let you in. If somebody else wants to organize future meetings it has to be someone with a key to the CCCB location.
