As of today, I revised and updated the Wiki page for Ettus SDRs.

What is tested:

- Voice calls (MO and MT with full rate) - Interconnect with Asterisk (voice call routing and interconnecting GSM calls to SIP or other telephony technologies) - SMS (MO and MT) - GPRS

What needs to be tested:

- Voice calls with half rate and AMR

If someone can go through it and revise it, that would be nice.
