Does there exist a document describing to which port the callagent (MSC) has to connect to, how and where the CIC to RTP IP/port mapping table is defined etc?

VTY reference: http://ftp.osmocom.org/docs/latest/osmomgcp-vty-reference.pdf
osmo-bsc and osmo-bsc_mgcp share a secret of the portbase. E.g. have a look at rtp_calculate_port. I think the osmo-bsc VTY option is ip.access rtp-port.
does it clear things up?
