Hi Tanya,
you have written to the public mailing list of the Osmocom project. The Osmocom project is Free and Libre Open Source Software, and you are welcome to contribute any time. Ticket system and source code are open to the public. There are no specific upcoming opportunities, but rather a constant full opportunity to contribute any time and all the time.
If you are genuinely interested in sysmocom, a private company that supports Osmocom to a great extent, you should rather contact info@sysmocom.de
I'm not sure what exactly your question was. It seems like you don't really know what you want, either? You're welcome to ask any questions!
