I'm sorry to be frank, but I think you will have seen the "search" bar on the top right of the osmocom.org project homepage? Please read up and ask questions after you went through what has been published. Thanks for your kind attention.

and that page has a section about OsmoHNBGW. Also you will find links like http://osmocom.org/news/67 that should have clearly answered your question.

Thank you indeed, Harald. I found more info on this and config script as well which is helpful. It would be nice for someone like me a novice on osm to land on a wiki page which gives all info rather having to search or to ask the forum. This wiki was very helpful. Getting Started with 3G - Cellular Infrastructure - Open Source Mobile Communications
Note that this wiki page is currently outdated in that we have 3G support in our new master branches, while that wiki page is still on using a 3G branch of the old openbsc.git repos.
The page shall be updated soon (or maybe merged to the Osmocom Network In The Box wiki page?).
