cloning from git.osmocom.org is sporadically failing. From one CI job that ran today:

Another job failed today with:

• git -C osmo-bts fetch

fatal: unable to access 'https://git.osmocom.org/osmo-bts/': The requested URL returned error: 504

I've restarted the CI jobs.
