The lcr side is less finished, especially

• it will not drop all calls when the OpenBSC [socket] goes away
• it will not re-connect if OpenBSC has disappeared

I hope those can still be adressed properly ahead of 27C3. Andreas:

good work. i hope we can complete it before 27c3. (my priority is on packing/preparing for 27c3.) the missing things i will implement then. also i will do the same thing for osmocom-bb. then i will merge everything with the "develop" branch of lcr.
