This patch moves telnet interface from bsc_hack to libbsc, so it can be used by applications also. If this makes sense, must be decided by you.
This patch also includes the quick and dirty installation hook. This must be changed also.

It makes sense to have it as part of libbsc, yes. However, I would prefer to have it as fully optional feature, i.e. be able to build completely without the VTY interface. I'm not asking you to do anyting to that regard, I'm just stating my intentions/plans.
