A little heads-up - the current master of OpenBSC is failing at 'make check' stage - see http://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/job/OpenBSC-gerrit/2019/IU=--disable-iu,M... for example.
Until this is fixed, any patches for OpenBSC won't be accepted by jenkins. If you hit this - please retrigger corresponding failed build in jenkins once it's fixed.

That failure has actually been fixed 5 days ago, the gerrit job only sees it because the corresponding patch is based on an outdated openbsc master.

The one-stop shop for asserting master branch status is http://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/job/OpenBSC/ Best always look there to confirm before heads-upping.
Currently that's red because of a 'broken pipe' related sporadic error, which we can't seem to get rid of >:( So you also need to look whether the entire matrix failed or just one of them.
