According to the nanobts product spec. "Network Listen" is an
ip.access specific message, so when looking at 0xfe (ipaccess) I
only see the Ping/Pong messages.
you are misreading the product spec. network listen is implemented as 'perform
test' and 'test report', well within 12.21. the 12.21 spec just doesn't
tell
you what the test numbers are, and how the result data is formatted.
