HI.
While working on smoothing out our release process (see https://projects.osmocom.org/issues/1861 and gerrit 3130, 3131, 3143) I've noticed that some of Osmocom projects follow semver [1] spec (OsmoBTS) while others don't (Osmo-PCU).
Is this just "it happened this way" or there're other reasons for that? Shall we enforce semver for all projects?
