It sounds like you are referring to https://osmocom.org/issues/6074 of which the root cause was https://osmocom.org/issues/6081 and has been fixed in https://gerrit.osmocom.org/c/osmo-mgw/+/33534. If you experience more bugs, please create proper bug reports.
