Sorry for the short reply, I'm on my mobile. There are two elements that govern how far your network will work. In a standard deployment of a nanoBTS, this will always be the EIRP of the BTS.
On a macro network it's usually down to the subscribers maximum EIRP (30dBM at GSM 1800). There's various other factors such as receive diversity (both polarity and spatial which I won't discuss here).
The setting you need to change is the max power reduction of each TRX. By setting this to 0, you will be TXing at 23dBm (200mw) on an 1800 nanoBTS.
