I gave you all sorts of permissions on the sandbox repos, but then figured, if
I forgot something, I might as well give you admin access on the gerrit ui as
well.
My understanding is, that gerrit.osmocom.org runs the
docker container
from docker-playground.git/gerrit. I've patched it to build again, and I
can add the config file there if necessary.
