No, it does not make sense seven in that case, because the BSC is not
part of the Core Network.

separation into separate BSC, separate MSC, separate SGSN, because it matches
the separation that the code is moving towards, and our redmine project tree.
yes, but what do we do until that is reached? It will be quite some
time until there is a stand-alone MSC with A interface.
