reinstalling libosmogsm causes osmo-bsc to exit with:
root@orangepizero:~# osmo-bsc
osmo-bsc: symbol lookup error:
/usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libosmogsm.so.10: undefined symbol:
osmo_bcd2str
this also from nightly

libosmoabis.so.6.0.1
