so far it seems the last date (26th through 29th) is the only date where all 11 people providing feedback so far would be available. Also, according to steve|m, hotel pricing seems to be lower during that weekend compared to the other two options.
I will therefore inquire with IN-Berlin regarding availability of the venue during that weekend and if confirmed by them, start a wiki page about OsmoDevCon2019 stating this date.
