Have you got the logic reversed, or is that a bug?
Here's what I did. 1) Power on MS, Let it IMSI Attach. 2) Mark the MS as detached in HLR (sqlite) 3) Wait for the PERIODIC LUR.
And the legacy OpenBSC has no osmo-hlr, you're referring to the sqlite db?
