Take a look at https://ftp.osmocom.org/docs/osmo-bsc/master/osmobsc-usermanual.pdf Chapter 20 "MSC pooling".

Don't forget to configure your MSCs too. See 'msc' / 'nri add <0-32767>' https://ftp.osmocom.org/docs/osmo-msc/master/osmomsc-vty-reference.pdf

Apparently we lack example config files for MSC and BSC, and also a doc chapter in the MSC user manual... contributions are welcome =)
