BTW, this restriction only really came to my awareness
once I took a look at
the pysim source code. I think that it could be made clearer by the command
line help, and it could print an according warning like "setting random OPC".
I know what you'll say, right? "Patches welcome" :)
--help will tell you defaults for Ki and OPC is to randomize ...
