The GNU autotest scripts will write a testsuite.log and it is a good idea to read it.
Which install script did you follow?
+/home/saman/osmo-iuh/src/tests/.libs/lt-test-helpers: error while loading shared
libraries: libasn1c.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
this means that the dynamic linker will not be able to find the libasn1c.so.0 (e.g. not in
the linker library path).
