After this series, the GTP kernel module is
functional
for IPv4 payload in IPv4 GTP tunnels (for GTPv0 and v1).
The libgtnl API was changed without increasing the SO version
of the lib. I think this is ok since nothing really uses it
(yet) nor has the library been offcially released.
Then, why update it?
