BSC LCLS tests

Hi Philipp,

I notice that 5 of the LCLS tests in ttcn3_bsc_tests fail saying "unexpected number of MGW-MDCX transactions"

It appears that your osmo-ttcn3-hacks change "BSC_Tests: count MGCP operations in as_media" lacks the proper MGCP operation counts for the LCLS tests?
