First off, please absolutely refrain from sending images containing text screenshots. It bloats everyone's mailbox, cannot be commented on easily and is not searchable.
About your problem: assuming that you got your nano3G from sysmocom, it should work if you follow the instructions on the wiki completely. It seems you have omitted various dmi commands. http://osmocom.org/projects/cellular-infrastructure/wiki/Configuring_the_ipa...
