test failures in current OpenBSC

Hi. A little heads-up - the current master of OpenBSC is failing at 'make check' stage - see http://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/job/OpenBSC-gerrit/2019/IU=--disable-iu,… for example. Until this is fixed, any patches for OpenBSC won't be accepted by jenkins.
