Just an idea, really, I don't know how complex the decoding is. Or rtl_fm for Android?
Just got an upconverter for my dongle, sitting here listening to music from faraway exotic places on HF. Using rtlsdr.dll with SDR#.

Well, there's Dream [1], which just works fine. Use the SDR software of your choice (I just tried it with gqrx), select a USB demod and feed the demodulated 'audio' to Dream. I was even able to receive an indian DRM station here in Germany with the direct sampling mod and a long wire (indoors).

(the red MSC CRC was due to an unpatched version of libfaad)
