[PATCH] Getting device fd from command line with termux-usb

Hello, I am working on getting rtl-sdr working on Android inside a Termux environment. Termux-usb (
https://wiki.termux.com/wiki/Termux-usb
) negotiates with Android to get an fd, and the fd gets passed as command line argument to the program needing the USB device. This patch adds support for it.
