I am attempting to write a program in c++ to transform the output of RTL_TCP to an audio device as nFM 12500 bandwidth.

The problem is I have no idea where to even start could someone point me in the right direction to find out what format the out put of RTL_TCP is or where to find some documentation on how to even start converting it to audio.
