There is no GSM-800 option in kalibrate-rtl unless it goes by another name. I'm not that familiar with this technology.

I tried all the options several times and the only hits I got were using EGSM.
I am pretty sure what Sylvain meant is GSM850. That's the lower band that is used in the U.S, see [1].
