[PATCH] lib/xtrx: honouring/using the loglevel parameter

loglevel parameter is never used and let loglevel to DEBUG, with an annoying flood of message in terminal. This patch adds a call to xtrx_log_setlevel() at xtrx constructor level. Does anyone from the community want the airprobe.org domain?

Hi all, I was approached by the person currently holding the [unused] airprobe.org domain name. I guess it was at some point registered and intended to be used for the project (back in the pre-osmocom days). As far as I know it was never actually used for that. So the question is now if anyone wants to get that domain transferred in order to do something useful with it, or whether the current registrant should simply let it expire?
