Looks like pyscard has dropped support for Python 2.7. I managed to
reproduce this error in a virtual environment with pyscard v2.0.3:
For your reference: pySim-shell is python3 code and supports UMTS-AKA in the
ADF.USIM/ADF.ISIM.
So unless you need classic GSM authentication, you can use that much more powerful tool.
