uplink branch merged / CONFIG_TX_ENABLE - baseband-devel

      Hi!
I have decided to merge the uplink branch as master didn't even build and
wasn't receiving any attention from my side.
In order to avoid any accidents, the default builds of the master branch
will not include any Tx functionality.  If you want to enable it, you have
to use "CONFIG_TX_ENABLE" while compiling (by enabling it in Makefile.inc).
