just a general remark: Only if you intend to respect the GPL and release your modified version of the code, you can expect anyone here to help you in your pursuit of adding new features to OsmocomBB.
The collaborative work is _the_ motivation behind Open Source. People who just take and not give back are not generally welcome.
AMR support would most likely be very much appreciated. It does not require you to implement anything related to channel coding, it merely requires you to understand and implement the DSP patch code loading, and how to configure the AMR related bits in the DSP-ARM API.

Dear Herald
I am trying my best for purpose of contributing. but there are some point i would like to tell code is completely in raw format.and i am really a bad in keeping things in proper format.
I have uploaded them on https://github.com/akibsayyed/osmocom_ccch_firmware.git
code is total garbage lol. needs lots of cleaning.

I would like to study documentation for same. if possible what work is
left for AMR Codec support.
