Hi,
Finally i am able to compile the GSM Stack code and flash into the Motorol Device C-115. i can see the "layer1.bin" on the display, but my device is not latched on to the N/W.
- When i ran the HOST software of Mobile. i can see that SIM reader code is not working, and i can see the IMEI is hardcoded to "0000000000000000". - i captured the response of FBSB(Frequency and Time synchronization Burst), the result is comming as "255".
can any one please help me how to resolve these issues so that i can latch on to the N/W.

To use a real sim you need the sylvain/testing branch I think. Once you have mobile running, open telnet and type the following:
enable config t ms 1 sim reader no shutdown write
Note: this is from what I remember but check the wiki and old posts in the mailing list for confirmation (you might need to shutdown and then bring the mobile back up after the sim reader command)

Ps. My c115 with the testing branch attaches to the network, I've never managed to make the call work though.

you have not config for mobile, may be you should create it in ~/.osmocom/bb/osmocom.cfg and define config for ms 1 with 'sim reader', 'network-selection-mode auto' and 'no shutdown' options. Or do it in console as Loretta says.
PS: I'm new to Osmocom BB, so it's just my first steps with this project. I use C118 and C115 and they could connect to network and make calls.
