Hello
My Motorola batteries are all swollen and therefore defective. anyone has a solution for connecting to power directly to the battery connector by usb?
I thought used a 3.7V zener diodes in parallel between the - and + USB power and a series resistor.
Thank you.

I've used LP3874. You'll need a fair bit of capacitance in order to transmit.

Nice !!!! How you connect?
it was just the power connect to a USB port and trasmition and another connection.

Nice !!!! How you connect?
I designed a PCB with a battery contact and a case to hold it in place. I've seen several people solder connections permanently to the phone.

I don't understand this.

Great !!!! Ok you will have a connection diagram? or a file for the PCB?

I meant that I do not want to mix power and serial connection

A 'Fucking' Battery, I haven't ever seen one of those before. Perhaps some decorum in your choice of words on a mailing list would help.

Is it possible to combine both signal and power lines within one usb cable? Would love to see schematics.
