We're (OpenBTS) on it as well. They didn't contact us either.
I don't think this is a big deal, it's a small workshop and they're just fishing for stuff that points to the type work they want submitted. It's not binding and it doesn't mean there's a session or even an agenda. I bet this happens all the time, and this is just the first one we've had forwarded.

Did anyone ever hear of this workshop? Did the organizers ever make contact with us? I'm a bit surprised that somebody organizes a workshop with "our" projects on the agenda without even sending the CfP to us. Or maybe I just missed it?
In case somebody is submitting a paper there: Please make sure to coordinate here in order to avoid different developers/contributors from submitting similar/related topics.
