recently i committed a conversion tool to convert logged cell information ("SYSTEM INFORMATION" messages) from "cell_log" application into a geographical KML map layer. the quick and dirty name "gsmmap" is about confusing. MAP is actually a short term for "mobile application part", which has absolutely nothing todo with a geographical map.

does anyone have a name for it? (my best idea so far: "bcch2kml")
