I want to know how to implement a real DOS in the real cellular network using RACH Flood.As you know, using OsmocomBB ,you can only send flood to one ARFCN at one time, so the phone can seaching for another ARFCN. So I think the RACH Flood is less effective in practice, how about it? and if not,a better suggestion on DOS in Cellular network?

Why not just jam the uplink? There's no particular reason to actually send any RACHs or the like.

It's simply orders of magnitude more effective: the amount of energy required to jam entire cell is way bigger than the amount required for RACH transmission. This also makes it much harder to locate the attacker. To put it other way - it's just "greener" kind of DoS :)
Getting back to original question - one solution would be to use several phones to run few osmocom stacks in parallel, each targeting its own ARFCN. Those phones are dirt cheap anyway :)

While we do research on cellular security on this list, I don't think we endorse, encourage or otherwise help anyone to participate in hostile and/or illegal activities.
You clearly talk about a a "DoS in the real cellular network", which clearly sounds like you have some malicious motives and are not into this for research.
Maybe you can explain more about yourself, why you are interested in this and what the exact application is.

I want to bring down the entire internet. I think I can do that in practice on my LAN by DOSing the DNS server, but on the internet there are others. So I think a DDOS on all root servers should be more efficient, how about it? Do you have a better suggestion?
