To whom it may concern:

Has anyone implemented RRLP request handling in osmocombb's layer 3? We are particularly interested in the transmission of GPS data.

Additionally, if anyone has any helpful advice/documentation on the message format which is more detailed or useful than the gsm 04.31 spec we would greatly appreciate it.
