while discussing config_file_write, I noticed that there's a use-after-free bug in libosmocore config_write_file.

New subject: Patch: recreated the C64 font.
The C64 font was updated from the BDF fonts. Applications will have to be adapted to the changed base-line position (+2 pixels). The original font was aligned to the cell boundary, not to the bottom line of the actual characters.
