problems to run ./mobile app

Hello every: When I tried to run ./mobile -i 127.0.0.1, the words Failed to parse the config file: '/root/.osmocom/bb/mobile.cfg' Please check or create config file using:'touch /root/osmocom/bb/mobile.cfg' came out. I checked my directory /ect and there is nothing there. It seems that network between my PC and phone is block so that the application ./mobile can not communicate with phone. However the layer1 can load on the phone and work properly. Can any one tell my how to fix this problem?
