if u are using osmo_conv_decode with conv_tch_afs_12_2 u are getting 244bits
and not 260.
So "Remove repeating bits and CRC to get raw EFR frame (244 bits)" goes
wrong.
Airprobe is using this, because it uses the same viterbi-option for FR and
EFR.
