Please make sure to follow general rules for formatting git log messages (not just relevant for OsmocomBB).
The first line is a short summary of the change, followed by one line of space, followed by a detailed description of the change. Lines must not exceed 80 characters, like the source code.
Your patch contained only a single line, which 'git log' will not wrap. Furthermore, there was no separate one-line summary. I've re-formatted it.
