First off with the latest sylvain/testing update you probably need to start from a fresh checkout.

Then you also need to download/compile/install libosmocore separately now. The instructions are not up to date yet (because this hasn't reached master yet, but it will soon) but you can use the instructions in http://openbsc.osmocom.org/trac/wiki/Building_OpenBSC to build libosmocore.
