what is exactly the CPU you're using, and the schematic? I bought a card breakout board to run some tests, I'd be happy to help / test
I have C code for T=0, maybe you can do something with it.

Since the interrupt base communication with the card is basicly working i will now try to run a T=0 Protocol stack on it.
