uwire.c relicensing

Hi,

We(Alan Carvalho de Assis and me) also need the permission of Sylvain Munaut and Steve Markgraf for the relicensing of src/target/firmware/ of osmocombb for inclusion in nuttx(BSD licensed).

What we need right now is to get the permission on that file: src/target/firmware/calypso/uwire.c

Basically we want to add LCD support as quickly as possible to the compal e99(And in parallel to fix the configs and the linker scripts to get more space).
