Thanks for your reply! I have followed the instructions in the website. And I have turned the phone off and started osmocom from the command line. And I pushed the red button after that but i can not see the output indicating that the phone is updating the firmware. What i see was just some data, i wonder whether it is the problem about the link from the PC to the phone? Bset regards! Wei
