Thanks for your assistance.
So far from my analysis, this is what I have got:
After the BTS sends Location Update Accept message to the MS, the MS responds with a MM status message saying "Invalid Mandatory Information".
In a working case, the MS should respond with a TMSI Reallocation Complete message which is not happening.
